A short story on PRIDE

It was a beautiful day. A Man riding on a horse saw a bunch of servants struggling to raise a beam high. He observed that the servant supervisor kept shouting the motivational words, but did not lend a helping hand.
The man questioned the supervisor as to why can't he lend a helping hand as his servants are struggling to raise the beam. Supervisor replied, "Can't you see, Am a corporal." The Man dismounted the horse & he joined the group of servants & worked with them until the beam was raised high.
The same Man wiping the perspiration on his face addressed the supervisor, “If you should need help again, call on George Washington, your commander in chief, and I will come.”
George Washington The First President of United States of America. U.S. today is a super power by the virtue of such great leaders.
