Nice comparison. Association to food is always good, people love good food. I don't think there is anyone that can say food sucks. It is a great reinforcement to have memory queques. The main part of the article, nicely done and so very true. What works for one doesn't work for another, but if the process is convoluted then no one wants to intentionally participate. Just having that type of environment also makes employees want to work and do well, because they feel valued. That is all anyone wants. To do something where they feel appreciated, wanted not an air of you're replaceable.
