Let's Keep The Good Vibes and Energy to Let The Humanity Become Better. That's So Important For Human Now

Somehow flying in the sky and being stuck with three hundreds people in the plane is a good training to test the humanilty - either go worse or become more 'I don't give a shxt' mode.

As a flight attendant, you'd better have no egos. Seriously, egos just make you suffer even more in the rest of the flight or sometimes even the rest of your flying life. Seniority and ages always give the new generation so much hard time and actually this kind of atmosphere and environment is blocking how the new generation to learn new things and they are scared to speak out for the truth. This is how Asian working culture is and this is the thing I don't appreciate and stand.

Today one of junior colleagues, who just joined the company for two months, was blamed by the inflight manager as he did something not appropriate and he didn't work smart enough. He was a banker in states before and being a flight attendant actually is a difficult job for him - dealing with many people/ need to work smart and hardworking/ jet lag etc. He told me when he worked in states, it was totally fine as long as he thinks it's right when he spoke out to his big boss.

He asked me why the manager doesn't like him. I told him, 'In front of the people who are senior than you and they blame you for something, what you should say is SORRY first and that's it. It doesn't mean that you really did wrong. It's kind of like 'forgiveness'. Stop letting them torture you fr no reason. They are just abusing their power which is something you don't have now. If you are telling the truth and you are kind enough, people can see that and they will know it. Truth is always right.' This time I decided to fight for him as I believe him when everyone thought he made troubles.

I used to be a person who justify after I did something not really nice. Egos don't allow me to say sorry and somehow apologising was quite hard for me. Now, what happened in the flight just now made me realize something : Not many people will listen to your justifications. There is no absolutely right or wrong in any situation. All depends on our attitude. If we do thing with our kindness, good attitude and good heart, everything will be fine. At least you will feel super good afterward. If Someone doesn't appreciate what you did but still gossip about you, Just be cool and calm. Remember KARMA right? Tell yourself and remind yourself - I don't want to live a life like him/her. Keep thinking how much love you receive from others and do the same things to others who may need you. Love and respect is super powerful for human being and the mother earth.

I hope my poor colleague can figure it out and won't let one flight to drag him down. The world is not ugly at all, sometimes the most ugly and nasty part is some bad humanity. But actually it's not too late to change the world dear <3
