A knock on the door, at this late hour? Who dares summon me?

Oh, it's you! Welcome back, dear friend! It's great seeing you again. Did you enjoy our last trip together on the wooden pirate ship? If not, you can re-visit Chapter I - Ship's Log at any time. It is an important precursor to our current story, so I highly recommend you read it first. I'm always there and will go with you through that experience whenever needed.

It looks like synchronicity abounds, you came at the right time, I was just about to embark on a trip down the memory lane. It will be a new adventure, but only if we find the sacred artifact of… Well, no spoilers for you. I'm going there now and you are invited, so what do you say, ready for a new adventure?

-I'm not sure I understand.
-Great, follow me!

And there it is, I present you our very own Memory Explorer Vehicle (MEV), but you can just call it Memento. It flies, drives and deep dives, making it a vital companion for our journey. This time, we're not going at sea, we're going Within and we'll start with my brain and continue from there.

-Your… brain?
-I know! Exciting, right? You came here to explore and your desire has been acknowledged.

So welcome aboard, really glad you decided to join me. Our main task at hand is to locate a mysterious artifact left behind by our ancestors. Here is the map: we'll have to go around the Valley of Oblivion, reach the Castle of Memories and then navigate our way into the chilling depths of the Dark Souls Forest, where the ancient artifact awaits. It contains some valuable information to guide us forward, you'll understand more when we get there.

So hop on, and let's go. But first, make sure you put on the Helmet of Adventure. Well, it's actually just a regular helmet, I made that name up for dramatic story telling. It is your perfect size, you look adventurous now!

And so, it begins, the inner journey of remembrance, an epic realm of possibilities and unexpected challenges. It will be magical, although I can't guarantee for any unicorns, they are quite shy with strangers wearing funny helmets.

As you can see, our first road around the Valley of Oblivion does not contain much visible information, it looks like a deserted wasteland, but don't let it fool you, it's filled with trickery. We should only look from afar and maintain our course around it. It is not an adventure we want to have at this time, as it will put a big toll on us, but it is important to be aware it exists. We can use its quiet solitude as an opportunity for introspection.

After such a long journey around it, we are now exploring an infinite universe of interconnectivity, filled with a lifetime history of knowledge and experience. This, my explorer friend, is the Castle of Memories, with majestic structures of deep rooted belief systems and a heritage of teachings.

-It is beautiful! What are those ever-expanding columns with numerous windows?
-That is where memories are stored. All those quick flashes of light are memories being accessed and some of them could also come to us if needed, they are somewhat self aware. We can also access them using this intricate web of memory lanes connecting them.

Sometimes it's a real challenge coming all the way here to find something. Maybe I should let some of them go, those that have already served heir purpose. Some memories only have a short lifespan anyway and it is not uncommon to witness some of them going back to the Valley of Oblivion.

-Look, over there, I think one of them just flew out the window and disappeared!
-I hope it did not carry anything important. When memories leave, they tend to take away some lessons as well. Farewell, friendly teacher.

I believe one of best ways to make new memories is to live in the Now and send new energy into this faithful castle. A valuable source of information and experience it is. This ancient structure shines ever so brightly when it is connected to new and beautiful memories. We must protect it at all costs.

You see those majestic crystal towers? They contain the most valuable of memories, lessons from our future history. If they are attacked and crumble, we will loose the guidance to create a new past and we will have to rebuild everything from scratch. A behemoth job that will be, expanding over several limited lifetimes. The crystal towers are constantly being attacked by the warriors of Oblivion, so we must remain vigilant at all times, as this is the foundation of our journey.

Those dark clouds up ahead, that is where the Dark Souls Forest is and it's where we need to go. Memento cannot take us there, as the path of that memory has not been created yet. We'll park right at the edge of the forest and we'll have to walk from here.

Before we continue, a word of caution: whatever you see in there, don't react, it will only make them stronger. Remain a neutral observer, it is crucial you remember this.

-Make who stronger?
-Let's go! Adventure awaits.

Our heroes continue their journey on foot as the bright lights spectacle of the Castle of Memories is slowly fading away, gracefully surrendering to the heavy embrace of the forest's darkness. A deep, cold air is now cutting through their breath, a stark reminder of trespassing into an unfriendly realm, where only the brave shall be spared. Dark creatures are slowly closing in, big red eyes, sharp fangs, long wings, strong feral abominations.

It is dark, we can hardly see anything. The forest knows we are here and so do all the creatures living inside it. Remember what I said earlier? No matter what they do, don't give into your fears and keep walking forward. We must stay on our path, no matter how many of them are closing in. Remember, were are inside my mind, they cannot hurt us unless we allow it, but your inner demons can also challenge us here. This Dark Souls Forest looks and feels scary because it feeds on our negative emotions. We must press forward.

The cold darkness is suddenly disrupted by a bright, warm light coming straight at our heroes.

-Is that… a little boy coming towards us?
-Yes it is. And I know him! The Castle of Memories must have sent us some help and guidance, to ease our journey. It is not a real boy as you would perceive it, it is a beautiful memory of when I was a child. After all this time, it is still here.

I remember, that was the first day I learned how to ride a bicycle. You see that faded shadow behind the little boy? That is my grandfather, he bought this bicycle for me. It was a beautiful sunny day and I was very excited to go out and ride it. He helped me a few times by holding the rear of the bike to give me balance while I was pedaling, and I gained courage so we went further down the road and I was pedaling passionately, fearless, knowing he is there to hold me, but when I looked back I saw him far in the background.

He had let go of the bike long ago and I was biking on my own without even knowing, while he still kept a protective watch over me. That's when I experienced an overwhelming sense of excitement and courage. This memory came here to guide us, to spark the love of passionately following our journey and inspire courage, the courage of a little boy riding a bicycle on his own for the first time. He is safe, the Dark Forest cannot touch light beings, but we can use his guidance, courage and excitement.

-An unexpected guide, indeed!
Can you feel that? The ground is shaking, is it an earthquake?
-No, my physical body is now pacing inside my apartment late at night, to process our current journey and put it into writing. This is how it translates channeled information, with leg movements. As it writes, we progress further within our story. It also works the other way around.

We have now reached The Gatekeeper, our sacred artifact is right behind it. We cannot fight it, and The Gatekeeper can see inside our soul. The only way to go past it, is to become it.

-How do we do that?
-How do we fight fear? The answer is, we don't fight it, we embrace it and let it go. You must now think of a situation, experience, person, something that scares you the most, we need to conjure up that frightening feeling you avoid so often.

Close your eyes and think about the scariest thing you can imagine, that what you are running away from, let the fear and anxiety settle in. You are only an observer now, don't fight it, don't judge it, don't push it away and don't run from it. You cannot run from it. Invite it in with all it's strength, the hurricane of a lifetime of suffering.

It can feel overwhelming, there is pain, suffering, but keep doing it, feel the emotions, acknowledge them, observe without any judgement whatsoever.

Let all the resistance go, all feelings are welcomed, if it is pain, welcome it, if it is sorrow, welcome it, if there are tears, welcome them. You have kept this energy imprisoned and it wants to go home. It can only be free once it goes through your entire body and soul. Embrace the storm and let it wash away your pain and sorrow. Use the passion and the courage of the little boy on his bicycle, he came here specifically for you.

You are now in the Eye of The Storm, a loving observer of a colossal display of energy, the zero point of balancing your soul, the safest place that you can be in. Accept the fear's cold embrace and let it take away all that no longer serves you. Continue until you notice the place you were running away from has become more tolerable.

Open your eyes now. How do you feel? Looks like you are still in perfect shape and with far less negative emotions. You can repeat this exercise more often, until you will look forward to any storm and make it your most loyal friend. The Dark Souls Forest has served us well and we can now leave it behind us. The Gatekeeper was you and you've just conquered yourself!

And look where we are now, this heavenly sunny meadow. This is the place behind all fear. And you have just located the sacred artifact, great job!

This artifact has some writings on it. The title appears to be in Latin, the ancient language of my ancestors, and it reads: Longo Itinere - The Long Journey, an interesting title.

The Long Journey
This is the story of your soul's journey.

You have made this journal before coming here in physical form, but you have have gone through the veil of forgetfulness, to give meaning to this self-discovery journey. You've placed this reminder in a safe location, to increase the challenge of remembering. A place where you would normally avoid, in the eye of the storm of your own fears. Clever soul you are indeed and now, having found it, here is the message from the oversoul version of you, to the physical version of you.

Once you experience physical reality, you will think it is real, you will take it very seriously and deeply identify with the actor, the persona you chose to play. The game is to remember we are all shards of the same infinite existence, the unique oneness that permeates all that is.

Your main challenge will be to remember, while having the experience of being disconnected. You chose this theme to play and dive into the abyss of physicality. Other souls will also join with their individual themes to help with the experience of feeling disconnected. We can call them The Wicked, a name that bears a negative stigma, but their negative actions can serve as stepping stones towards a global awakening.

The Wicked will use their tactics to divide you, to make you think you are weak, disempowered and that is how they will conquer and control you. Their chosen theme is to enforce the experience of disconnection. Remember, the experience of disconnection is real, but the disconnection is not. You can never be truly disconnected from existence.

Your theme is to experience how it feels to be in physical form with no memory of who you really are and to rediscover your true self from a different perspective. Some may label this as the purpose of life.

You might also call it the battle between the Light and the Dark, but both light and dark are part of the same existence. Remember, this is a stage, the game of life in physical form as a human terran. The Wicked is also playing alongside you, the game of Divide et Impera - Divide and Conquer. We're all playing on the same stage, always connected to the same source of oneness.

You will deeply experience all negative human emotions with the help of The Wicked, but you need to remember the infinite, eternal essence of your soul. The Wicked is a master craftsman, a visionary chess player who will go to extreme limits to play the role of keeping you in a continuous negative state, while wearing the cloak of Mentiar, the fake truth.

There will also be self-imposed physical limitations, as part of the collective agreement, which will add to the challenge of being human. In order to remember more of who you really are, you must go deep within and find the Emerald Kingdom. There, you can find more answers and balance the eternal connection with your true natural self. It is there where you will find your Animus.

And look, our ride is here, Memento can now access these lands since new memories have just been created. Hop in, we need to fly deep into the Emerald Kingdom, there is something I want you to see, to remember. We're going to dive full speed, with no resistance, no fear, straight into the ethereal green energy.

We will again have to stop at the entrance and walk from here, until we form new memories. The entrance looks like a huge cave, but don't underestimate it. You see those pulsating beams of light? One of them will be our ride moving forward. We can ride any of them, but we have a precise destination for now.

Are you ready? Let's step on this beam and let it carry us. All these beams intersecting each other are pulsating with every second at incredible speed and they can reach into the deepest corners of our beings. We are traveling at very high speed, so we're almost there already. There, that is our stop, let's jump now on this exact mark.

This majestic green gate standing right in front of us is where we have to go. All we need to do is step forward with unconditional love and the gates will welcome us. Only the presence of resistance can keep these Colossus Gates closed, so take a moment, close your eyes, think of the most loving memory, or an ideal situation you would wish to experience, keep that exciting vibration, without any expectations, without any resistance and let's slowly step forward in that energy.

It is working, as we keep walking forward into our inner love, the Colossus Gates are slowly opening. A few more steps, and we're here, you can open your eyes now.

The most amazing and indescribable landscape has elegantly unveiled itself to us. Unique crystalline rivers defying gravity are passionately flowing all around us, as a welcoming gift for daring to step into this forgotten world.

Legendary scenery with majestic mountains, ever loving nature with the friendliest trees and flowers, an indescribable show of colors beyond our default spectrum of perceiving and friendly orbs of light curiously and joyfully approaching us. I can see the color of love and it is of otherworldly beauty.

An immense sense of perfect balance, fearless and infinite love has overwhelmed us. There is no point resisting it, the best we can do is to accept and surrender to this magnificent and ecstatic display of unconditional love.

-Welcome, to the Emerald Kingdom!
-I've never seen anything so beautiful! Is this heaven, did we die?
-Nothing as dramatic as that. In fact, we just woke up, if only for a brief moment. We are inside the heart now. I call it The

Emerald Kingdom because of it's green chakra energy. But I have a confession to make.

Remember those beams of light we used to transport us here? Those are electromagnetic waves, generated with each beat of our hearts, we are all immersed into each others heart beats. When we flew on that beam, we actually left my body and this is you, we are inside your heart now. This untold beauty around us is your core energy self.

I wanted you to be surprised of what you'll discover inside yourself. The reason we were able to reach inside, is because you allowed for your heart to open the Colossus Gates, so thank you for having me here, I am now your humble guest.

You see that mountain in the center? The green beam of light coming from the sky is a manifestation of your direct connection with your oversoul, the world beyond this organic body. This unbreakable bond exists in all of us and it's a constant reminder of where the consciousness resides. We are inside our consciousness, experiencing life as a human in physical form, on a beautiful journey of remembrance.

This is what The Wicked wants to distract your from. Look at all this infinite beauty and tell me, do you see prejudice here? Skin color, gender bias, politics and other means The Wicked is using to divide us? There can be no such thing here, as those are baseless artificial constructs put in place to give us the illusion of separation. The core of our being is pure unconditional love, within an infinite ocean of a playful Creation.

Remember and stop pretending you are this persona, the actor of your own stage. I see you there, Buddha, hiding behind the mask of forgetfulness. Center your heart with the love of the stars, the support of our guides and the eternity of Existence. Don't let this human dream distract you, you can never be separated, you are me and I am you, we are all part of the same Oneness and we shall all laugh again remembering how some of us played the role of The Wicked, while others played the Forgetful Wonderer.

The main enemy of The Wicked is the Emerald Kingdom and the Castle of Memories. Cherish their teachings and continue your swift journey into physicality, with passion and excitement. Embrace the Dark Souls Forest and go back there for more artifacts of wisdom. Don't let this experience fall into the Valley of Oblivion, as it will perish into the forgotten realm.

It is the awareness of The Emerald Kingdom that can end humanity's continuous segregation and suffering. The experience of being disconnected is allowing us to give our power to The Wicked and perpetuate never-ending conflicts.

It is time to start living outside preconceived concepts of self-limitation and aim for humanity's return to selflessness.

I need to go now and put this magical experience into words. Writing is the music of my soul vibration, one of the many tools of translating non-physical awareness and I shall take the task of expressing our journey with its complete splendor, while inspiring the timeless reader with your inner beauty.
