You're right, you are a bit behind in the news department!
The biggest difference between Hefner vs Weinstein is that he set out very clearly his modus operandi from the outset. Like it or not, that's what made him successful and will maintain his legacy even after his death. That's very different from the others such as Weinstein and in particular Jimmy Saville.
As well, within that difference = consensuality.
