Follow Up

I waited for 2 people that never showed up. That's customer service and trying to be there for customers who book reservations and don't give two anythings about what it means to break a promise. I did what I could for nothing. I really wish people had the decency to cancel or at least follow directions and leave good contact info. This would have saved me 5 hours of mostly wasted time tonight.
