About HR Analytics
Human Resource(HR)
is to translate the untouchable value of people into a corporate's language, which is figures, and prove it .
Since HR is abstract and difficult to judge if it's right,
there have been a great amount of philosophy crowded, mixed, and even bipolar with confusion.
Of course, I'm sure that the confusion itself has driven HR to improve dilligently,
but at the same time, It has been interrupting the 'real' improvement.
I insist that the 'real' improvement should be 'inreal' literally.
It must be rooted on the ground where people work and corporates are run.
However, HR sounds kinda conceptual
and while dealing with the confusuion, it's getting more conceptual.
Now, we need to move on.
We can prove the philosophy as figures thorugh HR Analytics.
HR Analytics provides how efficiently and effectively the philosophy works in real business.
Please, let me explain it more next time.
Long story short,
HR Analytics will make us possilbe to focus on the real HR.
Life is short, and business situation becomes quite vulnerable.
We don't have many chance to shoot like before.
So, It's the time to step in HR Analytics.
