This platform visualizes organizational structures, allowing quick employee searches and direct communication. Through extensive user analysis, the team designed a structured map interface and interactive profiles to simplify navigation and automate onboarding. The MVP, completed in three months, is now operational, serving employees and HR specialists with potential for future feature enhancements.
