I am a disaster when it comes to seasoning things! I’m so afraid of over seasoning that much of what I serve is a little bland. But since it’s always been that way around here, my family is used to it and they like it that way! lol On the other hand, when I’m feeling brave and try to season something up a little, it’s so overwhelming that it can’t be eaten! I’ll take all the advice and seasoning mix recipes I can get! Beautiful presentation, by the way!
