Hey there. Thanks for the info in your video! I am a guy with long hair looking to make it healthy again. I basically killed my hair by coloring and straightening too much ( yes I use a straightener... kinda need to because it gets wavy after drying). Am going to try your method here. Also wanted to ask what is a good shampoo and conditioner to use because I buy my products from target and it leaves my scalp feeling itchy and flaky. Thank you!
