You were having a wonderful day and suddenly insecurities came on you and worsen your day. All your mood is gone and went to downhill. Most of us will relate to this problem.
Whatever it is, it's important to face and deal it. You fell down once you get back up twice, don't let the insecurity overcome you. A healthy mind is as important as a healthy body. Accept the fear while working on these 6 tips which will overcome your insecurities.

1. Face Your Fear
If you already found what insecure you the most, congrats you have found half of your problem but if not you have to find it out.
Turn that weakness into your strength. Embrace that insecurities.
For example, if you're scared of a crowd attention, make decision to contribute regularly in group discussions. You will find that you don't think about it anymore. It will be a feeling of whole without fears. Some psychologies actually believed that insecurity could become one of the greatest motivation forces because allowing yourself to take the risk.

2. Make damn sure that it only happens sometimes in your head.
This isn't to be condescending. Fears are valid. The reason of feeling insecure is important. But,there will be times where we are too hard on ourselves and see flaws where there aren't.
Let's take an example, Michael Jackson who went through all that surgery by changing the color of his? He strongly believed that he wasn't looked good based on the color. That's part of insecurities. The sad part is the nose, due to his father told him and made him think it was big. If he only taken the time to look himself without seeing the imaginative flaws, he would've stayed with his real skin colored and felt proud!

So, there are times where the mind might be overthinking took control the false concept of reality truth. Your mind controls you and compels into believing such things. Never let it down towards you because it'll be regrettably thing to do.

3. Ready to Take RISK!
You won't be able to handle your insecurities if you do not have the willing to take the risk. For example, you got this fear of speaking of strangers, you must find ways to do the same too.
How to do? Start with this case by going to a restaurant and simply order a meal to yourself. Easy isn't it? Keep challenge yourself to another level of case.

4. Live in Denial should be Banish.
Never close your both eyes to insecurities. Face them because everyone of us has at least have one of insecurities. It won't be a biggest deal, we all have been there and some us still facing it!
Denial is going to make you worse. You will start believing lies and start finding excuses for your insecurity which will yield more problems.The smart move would be by accepting those insecurities!!

5. See what is Good about Yourself.
To deal insecurities, you must counter it with those things that make you feel comfortable and secure.
Explore, be adventurous(write your list if you like) and take note of the amazing things about yourself. Write it down, print and put on your wall, READ WHENEVER YOU FEEL DOWN!

6.The Line Drawers
Sometimes, others create or play on our insecurities, it might be through insults or even putting you down. If this happens, draw a line, Let the people know what it is you can or cannot take.
Draw a line signifying what is it 'Okay' and anything outside the line will unacceptable. It might be hard at first but you would find that people would adjust and starts to interact with you according to the line you drew. Don't let anyone put you down or affect your peace of mind. Telling them you would not accept such behavior from them anymore.
