Quick tip to a better You #4 - Exercise Daily
I know it isn't easy, but I have a little secret to share with you that I have tried and makes it easier to fall into the habit of exercising daily.
It's actually quite simple, find a form of exercise you enjoy doing. Walk, swim, do jumping jacks there is only one catch - yes I know, there always is :)
Do it for a few minutes every day for 10 days.
