7 Simple Ways to Feel Happy Everyday

Your happiness is in your hands so you should make yourself to be happy every day, every minute; i.e. starting from waking up in the morning until going to bed at night. Today, I have 7 ways to recommend for you.

  1. Listen to your favorite music when waking up. This will help you start the day with happiness.

  2. Open the window of your bedroom to get fresh air.

  3. Walk in the garden 10 - 15 minutes to warm up your body before starting your work.

  4. Eat fruits between the meals during day time.

  5. Do your favorite activities; i.e. drawing, reading books, listening to music, etc.

  6. Do not eat too much at dinner time,

  7. Keep yourself free time before bedtime; i.e. turn off TV, computer, phone, etc. This will help you feel calm, relaxed and pleasure respectively.
