6 Easy Ways to Avoid Forgetting

Write the things that you have to do each day, each week, each month in your small notebook, no matter what they are little things or important things. You may add some information that are relevant with those things. These will help you to remember the things better.
Keep telling yourself what you need to do that day; i.e. before leaving your house, you may speak out as if you are saying with yourself, "I have to go to supermarket to buy soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc." Speaking out repeatedly to yourself will help you to avoid forgetting those things.
If your room is in a mess, this will make you forget things easily. So, you should organize your room neatly and put your belongings in proper places; i.e. put your watch on your working table, put your keys on the cabinet, etc. Well organizing about these things will help you to avoid forgetting about the places where these things should be.
Do not do many things in the same time; listen to music while watching TV and talking with your friends over the phone. These will make you not concentrate on anything and cannot remember anything.
Slow down everything you do; i.e. speaking slowly, etc,otherwise your brain cannot remember all those things you have done. Besides, you should pay attention everything you do in details. These will help you to remember better.
Good exercise, eat healthy food, and sleep well can make you healthy in both mind and body. In addition, you may do some activities such as doing puzzles, reading books, playing guitar or piano, because these activities can help your brain be active all the time.
