5 Ways to Comfort Yourself When You are Feeling Sad

If you are feeling sad and exhausted, I would suggest you 5 ways to comfort yourself.    

1) Always remind yourself to be patience and you will overcome the sadness shortly.   

2) Always think positive. You must be proud of what you have. Do not compare your life with others. But look back to yourself that you can do many good things. 

3) Create positive thinking every day.   You still have beloved family and friends. Don't think that you stand alone in this world. You also have dad, mom, warm family and good friends who love you. Even though, there are not many people beside you like others, you just have beloved family and sincere friends who understand you, this is enough.    

4) Look back to your success in the past. If today, you are feeling sad, despair or discouraged, please just look back to your success in the past. See those pictures that you have been happy or see those pictures that you have been going through various problems. These would help encourage you to do things better. You got success in the past so please be confident that you can also reach the success in the future as well.   

5) Just be in peace mind and create your own cheer up. And then you can pass through any problems and find solution finally.
