How to train yourself without going to the gym???

In fact there are many ways to Rome, but none of them will work if you lack the discipline to achieve something.
And the discipline is the engine to start the motor of energy, to create or to succeed in what ever you want to achieve.
So before you even start to think about getting stronger, you should first work on your mind.

That means you need to train your mind to get use of the discipline, what is needed to achieve even more.
Because it really doesn't matter if you have the formula to change a stone into gold, to change water into wine or what ever.
You will not achieve that without the discipline. So the question is... how to train your mind to adapt discipline in your way of thinking?

To begin with that, you have to begin with the basics. You begin with creating a goal, something what is within the reach of your mind, like 10 times deep breathing. Take a deep breath in, not to fast and just in a relax way, and then breath out.
Repeat the same action until you finished your goal of doing that 10 times, when your done you will feel more delighted.
That is because you have reach your goal, like i said, this is just the basics, breathing. You can do this after you wake up or right before you go to sleep.

Next thing is, that you have to tell your self what action you want to do, like grab a cup of tea, or that you want to take a pen.
Or any actions what you normally would never tell yourself to do it. And you have to keep doing this with everything you do all whole day. If your need to go somewhere with the car, then tell yourself that you want to take the car and drive to some location. If you want to unlock the car, then tell that. If you want to put the key in the car, then think that. And keep doing this with everything you are doing.

This will lead to that you're training your mind to create goals and to finish them, and if you did that for at least a week, than that logic can change into a habit, and that's exactly where you should be. So your mind have to be in some state of mind, that it used to think in a way what is needed to go to the next step.

The next step is creating goals about things what is not fun to do, and create an agenda for it. Like after you wake up, do your bed and brush your teeth! Right after that, think of something to do for the afternoon and the evening, and repeat all this for at least a week. And wile you do that, keep creating goals about every action is needed to do, or what you want to do.

Now you might consider.... What have this got to do with training without a going to the gym??? Because it's needed to train your mind first, before you start with the body. Your mind is the captain and your body is the ship. The breathing exercise is good for your brains, and the goals are good to create dopamine, and everything can change into a habit, what is needed to go to the next step, it's like a stair up, where breathing is the foundation what can lead to creativity.


_The next step is to do push ups right after the goals you created in the morning. This means do not eat yet, and start with a full glass of water only, one full glass. After drinking start with 4 sets of 8 or 10, and do it like this here on the picture.
Keep your body straight , and try to touch the ground with your breast. _

Finish the whole set, and eat some breakfast right after it. Avoid junk food and prefer to eat darker bread with cheese and vegetables. Then right before dinner time, do the same set as like in the morning, and when your done have a healthy meal. Don't eat too much meat, and prefer to eat fresh vegetables.

Then in the evening right before you go to sleep, do the last exercise like what you did in the morning and afternoon.
And right after your done, take some good sleep or....... read a book :)


Anyway this is one exercise for a day, but the next day you must take a rest, and do the first week only three days in one week. The next week 4 days, and the next week 5 days, and then keep it on 5 days and do this for at least 1 month.
And you will see what will happen! You can thank me later :)
