As usual good stuff @maverickfoo. I need to give this Morning Pages a Go. It's tough right now but I need to make the time. I think waking up and doing something like this will only be beneficial.

Thank you for this! I have three kids and work a full time job, and would love to post more on Steemit, but have had a rough go at trying to organize my thoughts in a timely way. This post was very motivating!!
