How to make profit with Steemit Bots

in #howto7 years ago

I see it to be very important to share my experience on steemit bots with you. Am not a fun of that but since steemit have no formal education for curators and is all about learn it yourself, i have to share this. Views and experience are welcome at the comments button below.

Why Bots?

If this is your first time of hearing steemit bots then you have to know this. Steemit bots are basically behind high post rewards and the various resteem services. We are not going to talk about resteem but upvotes. There are two things that reward post;

 1. Investment: - Promoting your post using Steemit Bots or buying more Steem Power.

2. Good Content: - Post automatically attract more votes base on its content.

Most of the post you see with high rewards are been promoted by Steemit Bots, because is not easy to get high reward base on content.

How to make profit with Steemit Bots

Is easy to use these bots but is hardly to make profit with it. Some bots are performing well but others are horrible. Before you will use these bots to promote your post, visit steembottracker.com. Thanks to @yabapmatt, by his great works, we can analyze these bots to our great benefit.

When you visit  steembottracker.com, notification will appear, read and understand. This means that, there is no guarantee to what you see but with proper analysis, you can gain a lot from it.

Before anything, set your Display currency to a Post Rewards

The green highlight is a notification showing that the bot is at profit. But is not guarantee unless you click on the details. The details will show you the bid value against its vote value

At the details, We have Current round and Last round, the performance of the last round doesn't guarantee the performance on the current round. If you see ROI is the after vote value in percentage, if it shows negative (eg. -10%); is NOT profitable. If current ROI is showing positive (eg. +30%), it means is profitable.

You can check for yourself, the current bid amount and the vote value before you send your bidding. When you see, is not favorable, wait for the next round or check on another bot.

NB: DO NOT OVERCROWD ON A BOT

Bots take advantage on the overcrowding posts on a round. That ends up in negative ROI and each and everyone suffer to this. Some bots also cheat base on its time to the next round.

In a normal state, when a bot show profit by green highlight, you see Next Vote timer reading downwards. When, it ends 0:00:00, it means that, the bot is ready to accept bids for the next round. But when you see a bot showing profit at 0:00:00 on its Next Vote it  means, the bot is Down/Cheat.  You should not waste your bid on it.

Do not rush into biding, take time to analyze all these things.

Pure analysis

When you bid 5SBD on a bot and a bot upvote a vote value of SBD11.

At the end of seven days, Steemit will do their own calculation and you will receive  this.

This is NOT profitable, you have one way or the other run lost. This is my concern and the reason for my post. If you invest and do proper analysis, you will surely make good profit. But when you act ignorantly, you are doom.

May Peace, Love, Awaken and Awareness be your guide.
