💡 What is Voting Power and where can I see it? (English/German)

Hi Steemians, in this article I want to to explain new Steemit members what is Voting Power, where you can see your voting power. So What is Voting Power? Don´t confound Voting Power with STEEM Power! Your STEEM Power decides how much your votes can be worth altogether maximum and your Voting Power influences how much is the value of your vote in the moment. Your STEEM Power will never drop without powering down and your Voting Power is going down with every vote, but it recovers automatically. If you don´t vote for a few days, or only not so much, you have 100% Voting Power, which means that your votes are worth the maximum.

Example: Since the new changes here at Steemit my votes are worth about 0,80 $ with only 30% Voting Power in the moment, because I voted very much. So if I wouldn´t vote for around 2 days and my Voting Power would be back to 100 %, my votes would be worth over 3 Dollar.

[German] Hi Steemianer, In diesem Artikel möchte ich neuen Steemit Mitgliedern erklären was Voting Power ist und wo man seine Voting Power sehen kann. Was ist also Voting Power? Man darf Voting Power nicht mit STEEM Power verwechseln! Deine STEEM Power entscheidet wie viel deine Votes maximal insgesamt wert sind und Voting Power beeinflusst wie viel Wert dein Vote gerade im Moment hat. Deine STEEM Power geht nie runter, außer man macht einen "Power Down" und deine Voting Power geht mit jedem Vote den du machst runter, aber sie regeneriert sich automatisch. Wenn man für eine paar Tage gar nicht, oder nur sehr wenig Votes vergibt, hat man wieder 100% Voting Power, was bedeutet, dass deine Votes wieder das Maximum wert sind.

Beispiel: Seit den neuen Änderungen hier auf Steemit sind meine Votes c.a. 0,80$ wert, mit aktuell nur 30% Voting Power im Moment, weil ich sehr viel gevoted habe. Wenn ich also für c.a. 2 Tage gar nicht, oder nur wenig vote und meine Voting Power wieder auf 100% ist, würde mein gerade über 3 Dollar bringen.
