Unblock someone on Instagram:

  1. Open the Instagram app.
  2. Go to your profile.
  3. Tap on the menu button (three stripes) at the top-right-corner of your phone's screen.
  4. Tap on 'Settings'.
  5. Tap on 'Blocked Accounts'.
  6. Tap on the blocked account you want to unblock.
  7. Tap on the 'Unblock' button.
  8. Tap on 'Unblock'.
    The account is now unblocked
  9. Tap on 'OK'.
