Can anybody help with uploading profile picture url?

Hey guys, some quick help is appreciated. How do I correctly use an image url for my profile picture? It seems like I did change it but kinda messed it up in the sense that it's not properly cropped therefore not showing the image. Sorry, im new to blogging.
