In my opinion, as long as we are well prepared for what we are going to present and if the content is really something that comes from our mind, Q&A question shouldn't be a problem. When preparing a presentation, i also ask myself what people will wanna know and from there i prepare it from there.
That's why some say preparation is half the battle won! Have a nice weekend!
