In an era where conventional jobs are no longer the norm, we are forced to look outside the box and find new ways to sustain and grow. The times where you get a watch for spending 50 years with the same company are long gone. There is no loyalty from the companies to their employees and vice versa, it is every man and or woman for himself herself. The allure of working for oneself is great because you know what the risk-reward is and ultimately you are in charge of your own destiny.
