HOW TO MAKE GIFs FOR STEEMIT POSTS

GIFs are awesome, making your posts more fun and attractive, but you can't always find the one you want.

Here is a quick tutorial for those of you who want to start using your own GIFs on your posts.

It is super easy, just follow these steps:

#1 - Go to https://giphy.com/ and make an account (its free).

#2 - Click where it says "Create" (top right)

#3 - Add the URL clip you want to get the video from (like YouTube)

#4 - Select start time for your clip

#5 - Select duration length or time to stop

#6 - Add text if desired under “Caption”. You can change the style and color.

#7 - Add tags separated by comas so others can find your GIF

#8 – Click on “Create GIF”

#9 – Click on "Copy Link" on the newly created GIF’s page

#10 - Copy the "GIF Link"

#11 - Paste the link anywhere on your post.
