first go to facebook website and you will see something like this

step 2 :
now open website called temp-mail.org and you will see like this

step 3 : copy the mail given in that website

step 3 : now fill your information with name , birthdate gender and paste that mail in email or phone field like this

step 4 : hit create acount

and you are ready
