How to overcome shyness?

Many people are afraid of public speaking or just meeting new people, feeling the rapid heartbeat, shakiness throughout the body.

Research suggests that shyness is not an innate quality.
There are ways to fight it.

  1. Think what and why you hesitate.
    Try to understand your shyness and how it manifests in your life. Watch what factors cause this feeling. Knowing the causes of shyness will be much easier to get rid of it.

  2. Right take yourself and the situation.
    Use your subconscious mind. It all starts in the mind and then becomes reality. Do not think that the whole world is watching you. All too busy to pay much attention to your actions, admit it.

  3. You know, something you better than the rest.
    Looking for a strong hand. Certainly there are things that you are doing better than others. Love yourself for your strengths and not worry about failures. People are not perfect!

  4. Spend a correction of mistakes.
    Make a list of situations that made or make you feel uncomfortable. Start working on the bugs on this list. From the simple to the most complex.
