negative energy in the body, is a major cause of laziness and inactivity, and not wanting to do anything, and there are many and great reasons to feel it, such as excessive reflection on the past, failure and sadness, lack of purpose and motivation for life, persistence of negative routines, falling into the trap of boredom, selfishness, pessimism and the babysitting of negative, pessimistic people.

There are many ways to eliminate negative energy in our bodies, including:
-Talking to close people, telling them disturbing ideas, asking for their help and advice, is an important way of eliminating tension, anxiety, and stimulating positive thinking.
-Eat foods that induce a sense of relaxation, such as citrus, especially oranges, grapefruit, lemonade, and dark chocolate, which stimulate the production of the hormone of happiness. -----Babysitting optimists, always smiling, humorous, accepting of life, avoiding negative, pessimistic and complaining people who feel that life is useless.
