From what I have experienced so far, the payout rates are pretty good compared to other services I have seen. I mainly like the wide rage of coins they have to offer.

The first one I did returned $0.005 (half a penny) granted that is with btc nearly $2800 USD

The concept is the growth of the coins for someone without capital. It will take a good 30 days to get started. But it goes to show that $$$ should not stop anyone from getting involved. As it is literally being handed out (for now).
