This beautiful property direct by the stream was not long on the market although it might look a bit shabby on the first glance. How lucky the new owner must be, living so close by the park and only 15 minutes from the city center. I have to admit, I am kind of jealous.

My only concern would be, that the building is in the flooding area. And what happens when one day the housing bubble burst? This stunning property might be worthless.
