I think I've Finally Figured Out The Insane Housing & Rents
In this video, I discuss the forces behind the insanely high housing and rent prices. Not to worry, an epic crash in prices will be coming over the next 1-3 years I am guessing...just like last time except this time will be FAR worse as the same fraudulent methods have still been used to give people mortgages who should have never had one in the first place as well as the brokers who generated the loans to the banks which were nothing short of "liar loans". Then we have the appraisers who would normally go inside these homes to give a proper appraisal which as not been the case. They are now using a completely unqualified entity who many times does not even enter the proper but just drives by and gives an estimate as to what the home is worth as well as rental prices.

Check out this luxury pad that is going up for auction. I remember the webbot saying the luxury homes will get hit the hardest first. Imagine buying this place for 2 of your bitcoins one day, I know we both share that dream.

Housing prices have gotten ridiculous. A crash is in order.
Wife dragged me to an open house in our neighborhood. A two-story 3 bedroom house is going for 1.34 Million. What!?! It is in So Cal but....really!?! Plop this house in some rural town and it would sit empty.

It is untrue what you said about BPO. These are brokers price opinion, and brokers are liscensed by the DPBR.
A great way of pumping money into the ponzi pyramid without bringing about inflation. The inflation will come, but its arrival will be buffered by the money being locked up in real estate. Do we get a bust or a pump? Banks get overpriced assets one way or expand money supply and interest payment received the other.
