In California, Home Sales Are Plunging Like It Is 2008 All Over Again
California is starting to show year over year figures not seen in a decade.
This was one of the hottest real estate markets since the bottom in 2011. Areas like San Francisco and San Diego led the charge forward with price appreciation that was truly historic.
It appears the reverse is happening. California is showing year over year sales numbers that show the market is not only softening, but may be in full blown decline.
