What are the advantages of an old house and a new house?

Hi,I am Sampa dhali.I am a new steemit blogger.Everybody pray for me I want to be a successful steemit blogger.

Today,I want to describe in my own opinion what are the advantages of an old house and a new house?

A new house has many advantages.All sorts of modern amenities are available in the new house.

The old house has also some advantages.The foundation of old house is generally very strong.In addition,the old houses are much larger than new house.
