Yep, it is right between two renovated buildings, it sticks out like a sore thumb. It used to be covered in a sheet painted like it used to look 100 years ago. But it was torn off.
Nice shot, but sad to see a new building to be wasted like this. Specially that it seems to be in a central location (based on the pavement)
