Now I have to be honest, I love my porn! The problem is that recently I have been seeing a lot of lets say, extra trashy titles being placed on the artwork itself. Even the art is getting pretty ratch, it's probably a stretch to call it art. I mean how many guys can you really put into one scene before it becomes a sausage fest? I have personally always been a "solo" kind of guy or closer to the soft-core end of the spectrum. I have just never been keen on extra penises in the picture. Anyway, today's new level of smut has really made me think about my ways in life. Today I have decided to give up porn! Just porn but that is still a pretty big step. I feel like every bit of our waking reality finds a way into our makeup and even if you are extremely vigilant, your going to scroll across some pretty disturbing material at some point in your porn escapades and that is regardless of preference.
I do not intend to offend anyone with this post. I looked all over but could not find any good information on how to post something like this so I decided that I would post it and if an issue arises confront them with compassion and diligence. If that does happen, hopefully we will be able to create a system for this kind of situation to pass on into the future. If Anyone has any advice or comments please let me know, I will edit the post if needed to achieve a solution.

Right! I have been doing a lot of research on the pineal gland and different spiritual practices and from my understanding the reason behind celibacy for Monks and other holy leaders, actually has a purpose. The less one engages in these acts the more the fluids in your pineal and other glands can regenerate and that leads to a higher state of spirutual awakening. Most religious have a form of this teaching. It is often referred to as "Milk and Honey" the honey being excreted from the pineal and the milk from another part of the brain. 1 month is the timeframe that the process is supposed to take to take place. I think im going to take the porn detox one step further, for the next month anyway.

You can't even imagine!! It's like having the whole candy store at your finger tips... it's tough but I've been holding strong. Once you get past the first week its really pretty easy from there on out. Thank you for your encouragement!
