The Diary Game: Busy Laundry Day Tales(27-08-2025)

Good evening all, how are you doing? It's @bendelta28, a newcomer and a jolly fellow. It's been a really busy day for me and if I'm to follow how tired I am, I won't make a post here today but for the love I have for this platform and my Steemit friends who are eager to read my blog today, I had to bear the pains and write so quickly, let me tell you about my Wednesday's activities.

I woke up not too early today, quickly did my chores, took my bath and left to the shop. I was called that I have a laundry basket filled with clothes waiting for me at the shop and when I heard that, I knew it's gonna be a hectic day for me so I had to leave early to the shop. On getting to the shop, I noticed the clothes were much more than I expected. I opened and put the shop in order before getting to work, I emptied the clothes from the basket, brought out my laundry tools and began to work. I pray I get a washing machine soon so the workload will be less. I washed and dried all the clothes and luckily it was a bit sunny so the clothes could easily dry.

In the afternoon by 3pm precisely when the clothes were dried, I took them off and began to iron them. I felt weak and tired and I went to my wife's shop and bought tin peak milk, I drank it and returned to work. While working, more customers came with different task. I only attended to the immediate needs of those who wanted their clothes ironed and kept those that brought their dress for washing till tomorrow, it's been a lot for me today already so I couldn't handle another laundry for the day.

In the evening when I got back to the house, my wife was already preparing dinner. She closed before me and went back home before me because I was still busy ironing clothes when she closed, I wanted to finish that set of clothes I was working on before going home that's why I couldn't join her back home. I took my bath and sat ready to consume my dinner and it was ready in some hour, my wife called and asked that I come snap the meal if I want because she won't be patient enough to let me snap when we want to eat.

I did as my madam instructed me and we had our dinner when she served it. I relaxed for some time after eating to aid digestion but I slept off without knowing, my wife tapped me to go to the room and rest and it dawned on me I had not yet blogged. I really wanted to sleep but I kept of me kept pressing that I should make my post tonight, who knows something huge night happen so here I am with my diary.
