Yesterday, my cousin's phone suddenly started having problems. It wasn't charging, and the touch screen wasn't working. We thought, it would cost a lot of money to buy a new phone, so let's get it fixed instead. So I went to my cousin's house. After going to my aunt's house, my cousin and I went to a familiar shop in the city.

Although the shop is not very big, it is quite tidy. There are various types of mobile phones and accessories arranged in front of the shop. As soon as we entered, I saw a technician repairing a phone with great attention. Next to him was a table surrounded by glass, inside which were some circuit boards, small tools, and a tangle of wires. My brother showed his phone to the technician. He took the phone in his hand, examined it thoroughly, and told us that the problem was not serious, and that it could be fixed.

My cousin sat inside the shop and waited. I went and sat next to him. We waited as we talked, watching the technician work with skillful hands. He quickly unscrewed the phone, took out the battery, and then cleaned some circuit boards. His work seemed like a breeze for him. There was a skill and professionalism in his work that impressed me.

After about half an hour, he fixed our phone. He charged the phone in front of us, and tested the touch. We were very happy to see everything working properly. My brother paid, and we left the shop.

We were both very happy that my cousin's phone was fixed. In today's era, not a single moment goes by without a phone. This small shop in the city has solved many of our big problems. Through this experience, we learned that not only big shops, but also small shops have skilled technicians who can stand by our side in a very short time.
