modern medical practices and the influence of big pharma / corporations

I want to recount a recent story, my little niece was born a little more than a week ago, it was a C Section at 34 Weeks, as insisted by my sisters doctor because they diagnosed the baby with IUGR, which essentially means slow growth in the womb. When the diagnosis was made several months ago, there was a slew of tests, repeated monitoring, repeated doctors visits. The doctors even pushed for a neo natal chromosomal test which we refused to do. We got a second opinion too & they confirmed the diagnosis as well.

Next they put the C-section baby in NICU immediately after birth, kept her there for 5 days, we were told a number of things on different occasions, initially a concern was raised that baby wasnt taking food and passing stool, then the baby had milk and had her first stool, then there was some concerns raised due to cretinin level, the baby had 1.1 as opposed to the 0.7 limit. One asking when we could take the baby home or what was wrong, one doctor told the parents that 'their priority was to the baby who was their patient' The 6th day, the baby was moved from NICU to ward, where she stayed for a few hours, after which the staff came in, said the baby had a bloated stomach and took her back into NICU
Later at night we were told that the baby had contacted a problem known as NED, which was very fast acting and very critical, the next 12 hours were critical, we were told, in the middle of the night, the babys heart got effected but she revived, in the morning the doctor told us it was a matter of hours and in a few hours the baby was gone.
Our little niece was taken away in under a week.
All those tests, the early C-section, the NICU monitoring, nothing caught the NED in time to save our baby at the so called most advanced hospital here, For the baby herself, our little gift, taken back too soon, all i can hope and pray is that Allah almighty saved her from the evils of the world & she will know only a world without sorrow and pain and be a source of salvation to her parents.
But everyone involved in her case, if their objective was to mint money and prolong things, if they misguided us on purpose, if they had any objective in mind other than pure concern for the recovery of their patients and this contributed to the problem, you will bl be judged by the higher power, please repent before it is too late.
This is not the only time ive seen the best hospital here hand over a huge bill and a dead body, May Allah protect us from hospitals, And this brings me to private hospitals in perticular and medical profession in general, is it geared to make money of tests and drug? if so, all the major players are accomplices, even the small doctors subscribing more expensive medicine than the generic brand to get a comission, Billions poured into the covid vaccine R&D, why isnt cheap testing being persuid as efficiently or early treatment, there are several promising leads in clinical trials, but is it not worth it as selling vaccines is a big buisness and giving a generic medicine treatment to reduce symptops wont be as lucrative?
