Who you are – is your purpose
(1)Purpose is your organization’s reason for existence. Choose a significant purpose that’s not about you, but is about providing value to those who use your products or services. Consider your purpose from others viewpoint.

(2)Picture of the future is a results-oriented picture of where you are going and what it will look like when your purpose is fulfilled. It’s not something vague, like being the best or number one, but something you can clearly visualize like “a computer on every desk.”

(3)Values are the guidelines for daily behavior and decision-making. When choosing values, you should have a value around creativity .
Reliable and accurate would be better values for the people.
Where you’re going – is your picture of the future
What will guide your journey – are your values.
The sun desides the future.... Faith is it substance of the future...... Your mind must be in the future
If your mind is in the future your body will get there

God's word goes with hearing and seeing.
If you see a vision the first thing you do is to write it down , so that anyone that see it will run with it. Habakkuk2:2-3. Run with the vision because i will surely come to pass in your life.
God's word is always true.
God is in the business of seeing ahead.
When you sleep alot you will lack vision
Vision create sight
Vision create discipline
Spend much time with people that have vision and don't always think about now, think about the future. How you want your life to be few years from now and start working on your vision because God is interested in your vision Eccl. 7:11.

You have to start thinking about the future now because God is in the business of the future .
