😱I found a haunted building! Discover the dark history of this place!👻😬

When I took pictures for this article three different people stops to tell me that the building is haunted.
What dark history is hidden in its walls?👻

When we arrived to Ipoh, we had to get on foot from the bus stop to our new guest house. We had about 2 km to walk, and when the place was only a few hundred meters away, I noticed this colourful building.



We stopped just in front of building to drink water, and I couldn't take my eyes off it.
Long time ago it was probably full of life and now it stands empty and destroyed.

In the evening of the same day, after we met our new host Calvin, we went to eat something together.

On the way back we were talking about different things and I decided to ask about the haunted places in the area. We were passing by a crossroads when Calvin pointed to a colourful building. In the dark I recognized that the same building that had attracted my attention earlier!
At this point I was thrilled because I love such stories and I do not believe in coincidences. 😏

Calvin said that everyone in Ipoh know that this place is haunted.
After returning he told us a dark story related to it.

TRADE AND MONEY

The shopping pavilion was rented out for years by many different companies. There were some shops here, restaurants and service stations. Thanks to the good location, business owners did not complain about their earnings. Until one day.
The last business that prospered here very well was the Chinese restaurant. This is where a tragic accident took place and changed the face of this building forever.

SUDDEN DEATH

One day one of the restaurant's clients was a young woman in an advanced pregnancy. She ordered the fried rice takeaway, picked up her order and went to the exit.

When she was at the doors a bus over which the driver had lost control hit the building. The car hit straight on the door with great force and hit the young girl with all its strength. The force was so great that she was thrown away for a few meters, and shes body stopped on the stairs leading to the first floor. This is where she and her unborn child died. The bus driver also paid for the accident with his life.

After this tragic incident, the transport company paid compensation to the families of the victims.
The building was renovated, the restaurant started to cook rice again and everyone thought it was the end of this horrible history. However, time has shown that this was only the beginning.

THE BEGINNING

It is said that as a result of a sudden death, the soul may be trapped in the place where the tragedy happened.
As a result of the incident, the restaurant stopped earning money and not only financial but also health problems appeared. The employees were frightened because they started to seen a shape of dead woman in a bloody shirt. They also heard strange voices and... even when they were no longer cooking in the restaurant, smelled of exactly the same dish she ordered.

NEGOTIATIONS WITH THE SPIRIT

The owner, oppressed by this situation, started to seek help from the local monks. They came to the place and performed rituals to clean the building and let the spirit go with peace.
Unfortunately, it was ineffective and disturbing events did not stop.

Monks who wanted to help a desperate owner did not give up and called their mentor from Thailand to help them. He prayed in the building for a few days and nights until he finally managed to make contact with the spirit.
He discovered that before she died, the woman cursed this place. Her spirit has revealed that anyone who wants to do business in this building must first turn to her and ask her permission by praying and making gifts. When the monk knew the woman's intentions, he tried to free her soul from the building for the next few days.

Unfortunately, he also failed this task, and the terrible incidents have intensified.
The defeated owner decided to close the business and left Ipoh leaving the building at the mercy of fate.

PARANORMAL ACTIVITIES

The rental price of the cursed pavilion dropped significantly.
Because of its excellent location, from time to time someone from the outside tried to start a business here. There were restaurants, a wedding dress salon, a massage room and different shops. However, each project was finished quite quickly.

The owner of the computer shop escaped from here most quickly. It wasn't even two weeks from the day of the start to the day of the move out.
When, after dark, he and two of his employees prepared the equipment for shipping, they became witnesses of the power of the spirit. According to their relations, heavy cartons with electronics have been uplift and started to spinning over their heads! Scared to death, they left the place in panic and never crossed its threshold again.
While closing the business, the owner sent the moving team for the equipment and did not want to get close to the building.

THE PURPLE LADY

The last renter was a Christian, who rented the whole floor of the building for a ridiculous amount of RM 1,000 (250$) per month. She decided to try her luck in Ipoh, which she hasn' t known before, and opened a boutique here. At the beginning the business went pretty well, but after some time strange things started to happen.

Small items began to disappear and the woman was finding them later on the stairs.
Even during the hot days, staff and customers paid attention to the cold hits and from time to time they smell fried rice in the air.
The owner also saw a woman wearing a purple shirt on the stairs. She thought that it was someone from the floor above who was using the passage. When the person she was seeing was not reacting to contact attempts, she decided to check it and went upstairs.
After she had opened the door leading upstairs, no one was there. The only thing she found was a bunch of black hairs. She cleaned them up, closed the door and, frightened, returned to her work. She understood that she had seen a ghost before, not a human being.

Since then, the situation start to getting even worse. Black hairs started to appear on the stairs more and more often. The owner of the boutique cleaned it, but after a few days they appeared again. She started to suspect that something really wrong was happening here.
Her customers started to return the clothes they had bought. When she asked for the reason, they all answered in the same way. Each of them had a dream, in which a woman dressed in a purple shirt with long black hair visited them. She ordered them to return the clothes they had bought here because they were her property.
The owner of the boutique broke down and dump shop as it stood, with all the equipment and goods.

Since then, no one has dared to open a business in the haunted buliding.
Despite it great location and attractive price, nobody wants to anger the Purple Lady.

When I got to know this story I had goosebumps several times.
The death of a pregnant woman is not a legend, it actually happened. Probably some events over time have been slightly coloured, which does not change the fact that the people of Ipoh believe that really bad things happening in this building.
