You don't always perceive the rainy sky in the same away.
If you are happy, you take it as a blessing from God to nourish us.
If you are facing a reject from reality, "It never rains, but it pours."

Currently, Mars and Venus are in Virgo, and Venus goes ahead of Mars.
Venus represents how you perceive.
Mars represents your action which reflects your perception.

And Mars moves slower than Venus.
So it takes time for you to reflect the perception.
For example, let's say you like someone, but most of you won't immediately show it.
Especially when you are grown up, you may need to take time to see if the person also likes you, or if it is socially OK to show the liking to the person.

And Venus is starting to get out of the tension with Jupiter and Neptune.
So maybe you are getting perceived a place as the place you need to go back.
