Maybe you have been trying to improve your income or decrease your spending for a better household budget.
Maybe you have started a hobby to enrich your own time.
Maybe you have been trying to find a job which can be your life work.
Maybe you have been trying to make daily routines more efficient.

If one or more of them is your case, you may be getting into a highlight of this year.
It is time to get the results of such challenges.
Unfortunately, the results may look unexpected in a bad way.
Maybe you make something more efficient, but is it right to make the thing efficient?
For example, schooling may be inefficient as teachers teach lots of students of different intelligence at the same time.
But is maths or languages or whatever only thing you can learn in school?
It is a place you can make lots of different types of friends and learn various things from them.
Or you may be working too hard for income, and you may be physically or/and mentally tired without realizing it.
Or is it right to cheat people to earn money?
Or you may be finding your previous job is better as it is more exciting, even though the salary of the current job is better.

These days, people in Japan are so desperate to find exciting jobs.
In reality, there are more jobs which are tedious and boring but important, and hence not all people can find such jobs.
If we want to make such a world better, maybe we should pay better for such unexciting jobs.

In Japan, the number of white-collar workers is too many, I believe.
I mean, the jobs of white-collar workers are so inefficient and need lots of unnecessary workers.
So make such white-collar jobs more efficient and decrease the number of white-collar workers needed.
Then those workers who get out of white-collar jobs can work as blue-collar workers who are paid well.
I think such a world can make more people happy.

収入を増やしたり、支出を減らしたり、持ち物を整理したり。
ワークライフバランスじゃないけど、プライベートな時間に楽しみを作ってみたり。
ワークアズライフということで、仕事をただの収入源ではなく、ライフワークとなるようにするために行動していたりとか。
時間の使い方をもっと効率よくしたりだとか。

そういう人は、そろそろ今年のハイライトに突入かなって感じ。
何かしらの成果が出る時。
牡牛座天王星ー蠍座にいる星のオポジションがそれなんだけど。
まあ、成果といっても蠍座なので、ネガティブな結果になりがちかなとは思う。
効率の名のもとに捨ててはいけないものを捨てていませんか、とか。
頑張りすぎてて、体や心が悲鳴をあげていませんか、とか。
収入のために、詐欺まがいの仕事やってて本当にいいのですか、とか。
収入アップのために転職したけど、前職のがやりがいがあったってことに気づくのかもしれない。

世の中にはどうしても必要だけど、大概の人がやりたがらない仕事というのがあるわけで。
なので、すべての人が仕事をライフワークにできるわけじゃないし。
改善する点があるとすれば、そういう仕事にこそ、高給を支払うべきなんじゃないかなということ。
日本国内のホワイトカラーの仕事は給料減らすというか、もっと業務改善してスリムにして、必要な人数を減らしたほうがいいのではないかな。
で、どうしても自動化できない工場や農場等の仕事を高給にして、そういう仕事に大半の人がつけば、みんなハッピーになれると思う。
今はお金の流れ方が根本的に歪んでると思う。
