Things are still unclear, and your challenge may be still going.
But it is an excellent time to stop and think about it for a while.

A challenge is to try something new for yourself.
It is not necessarily new to the world and could be just for fun in your own time.
But this year, you may have thought about what you can give to the world with the challenge.
Or you may have learned traditional ways and tried improving them.
Usually, those new challenges are not favored by people at power or authority.
But this year, your challenges may have been even welcomed by them.
Maybe it is because they have realized they need changes.

It is also good for you to get along with those people at power or authority, as you can skip trial-and-error to some extent by following their methods.
And if their methods have missing parts or are incomplete, then it is what you should improve or find a new method.
And with it, you may be able to find a new income or a social position next year.
Don't do what others do.

月一の、チャレンジや計画を見直して軌道修正する時。
まだ不確定要素が多いというか、チャレンジはまだ続いているかもしれないけど。
習慣化に成功したもの、とか。
上司や、その道の権威の人から認められたもの、とか。
そういうのがカギになるのではないかなと思う。

今年のチャレンジというのは、あなたにとって新しいことをやっていくとよい時なのだけど。
社会的にそのチャレンジは価値があるのか？などと考えたりとか。
まずはその道の伝統・慣習を学び、それを改善していく形でのチャレンジってことが多かったのではないかなと思う。
権威者や権力者は、通常であれば、そういうチャレンジは疎ましがると思うんだけど。
今年は、あなたのチャレンジは歓迎されることが多かったのではないかなと思う。
それっていうのは、権威者や権力者も、うすうすと現状のままではダメだと思い始めていて、あなたという新しい風・思想を求めているってことなのかもしれない。

あなたにとっても権威者や権力者と上手くやっていくことはメリットがあると思う。
権威者と権力者のやり方を学ぶことで、試行錯誤の工程をある程度はスキップできる。
で、彼らのやり方に足りないところや不完全なところがあれば、それがあなたが体得すべきところであり、それをもって、来年、社会に打ってでていくのではないかなと思う。
