If you won't fail in the future with what you are doing currently, the best thing you can do is to keep doing.
It is more practical and has excellent cost-performance.
So I think the governments almost always think in that way: rather than challenging to radially change the systems for better lives of citizens, implementing easy and short-sighted policies to make smart citizens happy for that moment and win nearby campaigns.

What turns the government to such thoughts is us who doesn't allow the government to make even a single and small mistake, and those members of opposing parties who are busy in finding whatever faults in the government to criticize it.

We may be understanding the structure of such a vicious circle.
But what some of us try is to take advantage of it.
Some people may try correcting it, but its obstacle may be prominent.

Currently, Mars is in Libra.
Libra is a very balanced and objective zodiac sign by taking a distance from almost everything.
It doesn't commit much to a particular thing or person and is therefore fair.
So Mars cannot make use of the power of its strong commitment and subjective but strong beliefs in itself when it is in Libra.

Besides, Saturn is in Capricorn, forming an ominous angle with Mars in Libra.
Mars in Libra is quite useless before Saturn in Capricorn.
Saturn in Capricorn is a firm believer, no matter whether it is good or bad.
And if it is in organizations, it tries sticking to successful precedents and has the absolute belief in the rules and conventions of the organization.
So it is not difficult to see weakened Mars will lose to such powerful Saturn.
And Libra is an opportunist as well.
If it is objected, it thinks like "The current rules are seemingly working, and it is not that bad to follow them for this moment rather than change them."

And with the things going like that, Moon overlaps with Mars on 27th.
Maybe you cannot tolerate Saturn's arrogance, (could be your boss or parents or seniors), and may decide to speak out.
In that case, speak about your emotions like "I don't like it," rather than how wrong they are.
People tend to resist the points-out of their faults by somebody else.
It is especially true these days.

現状維持で進んで将来破綻しないのなら、現状維持が最も合理的で、コスパがいいのかもしれない。
今のところの政府というのは、そういう発想なのかもしれない。
冒険にでて失敗して、そのあおりをくらって選挙で大敗するより、適当に見栄えのする政策を打って、次の選挙まで待つ。

そういう保守的な行動に政府をかりたてているのは、失敗を許さない我々民であり。
政府の揚げ足取りをするだけの野党であり。

そろそろ、そういう構造に気づきはじめる時なのかもしれない。
なんだけど、その構造を利用してやろう、っていうのが大半の人の思うところだし。
構造を正そうと動く人もいるかもしれないけど、そのために乗り越えなければならないハードルは高い。

今、火星は天秤座にいる。
天秤座は、バランス感覚に優れ、何事も程よい距離感をとることをよしとするので、そこまでコミットしないが、代わりに常に一歩引いて客観性を保てる星座。
なので、コミットメントとと主観の星、火星の勢いがそがれてしまう。

そして、土星は山羊座にいて、天秤座火星と凶角を形成している。
山羊座土星の強い前例踏襲へのモーメンタム、ルールや慣習に守られている強固な組織内部での思い込み。
天秤座火星はそれがよくないこと・正さなければならないことだと思っていても、流されてしまう。
「それで手くいっているし、前例踏襲もいいか」みたいにね。
天秤座は日和見でもあるので。

そんな中、27日には、月と天秤座火星が重なる。
どうしても許せない・我慢ならないことが起こり、政府・組織に物申す人もいるのかもしれない。
その場合は、感情に訴えるのが効果的かなと思う。
正論を語っても、「頭ではあなたの言うことが正しいのは分かる。が、気に食わない」みたいな気持ちを相手の中に呼び起こすだけなので。
特にこの時期、人々は間違っていることを指摘されると、プライドを傷つけられ、意固地になるからね。
