Maybe it is time to review what you have: your family, the company you are working for, or your boy/girlfriend, without love.

I think you are right, in a sense.
But you are not at the end of your life.
You still have time to get what you hope to have.
What you have is not everything you can get in the world, and you don't need to accept everything you have.
You may be hopeless at this moment, but you may be on the way to get what you think is ideal.

Be brave to face what you have.
If you think you still love your family members who don't seem to love you back, then show your love to them and see how they react.
If you think the company you are working for is evil, the executives of the company may probably know it: they are evil, only thinking of exploiting its employees and customers.
It is difficult to change such executives, so try changing companies.
If you don't love your boy/girlfriend, but you don't want to be alone, try putting a distance from him/her gradually.
You don't need to leave him/her right away because it is possible that you may love him/her, but you don't know it.

You need to change the people around you, but at first, try changing yourself.
Seek for what you think is ideal if you are not content with your current life.

確かにそうなんだけど。
人生が終わったわけじゃないし。
今周囲にあるものが世界のすべてだと絶望し、無理矢理受け入れる必要はないと思うんだよね。
絶望的な今は、理想を手に入れるための、過程にすぎないと考えれば、よいのではないでしょうか。

まずは自ら今持っているものにコミットしていく。
例えば、あなた自身の中に、家族への愛情を探り、それを家族にちょっとでいいので表現してみる。
例えば、会社がブラックなら、たぶんもう会社幹部は心まで闇に染まっていて変えるのは不可能だと思われるので捨てて、別の会社を探す。
例えば、愛のない恋人とはちょっと距離を置いてみる。

周囲も変えなければいけないけれど。
まずはあなたが変わらなければ、どうしようもない。
あなたなりの理想を見つけ、あなた自身を、少しずつでもその理想に近づけていくようにしたらいいのではないでしょうか。
