I think Uranus doesn't work well in Taurus.
Uranus is to chase an ideal and revolutionalize no matter what, while Taurus likes to stay where it is, and its main interest is to enjoy life with what it has.
So it is not a good combination.

Still, if Uranus works well in Taurus, the evil side of Uranus may be weakened.
Uranus makes people chase an ideal at the cost of themselves and others, making them unhappy.
But because it is in Taurus, you may attempt to maintain the happiness you have right now, rather than throw away everything to go for an ideal world.

If Uranus works evil in Taurus, it may result in half-way revolution.
A revolution needs a cost, and if you don't pay for it, you cannot change anything.
It is good to try to maintain the happiness you have at the same time as I wrote above, but, it doesn't mean that you can succeed with it.
You can try to maintain happiness, but if it's necessary, you need to throw it away.

The story applies to the officials at the Japanese government.
They need a better assessment system for their work so they can work for citizens rather than for themselves and politicians.
Just criticizing the officials when their scandals are exposed, won't help.

Uranus in Taurus could also bring a revolution without justice.
If a revolution is to get more money for yourself, no one will support it.
If you work for money, you only get money.
It is OK if you are on track with your profession, but when you need to change your profession because of decreasing demands for your profession, you may be in despair that you only have money but no skills.

Or Uranus in Taurus could make you conservative when you need to change.
And one day you are convicted of not changing, by destiny.
In this case, its end tends to be tragic.
For example, in Japan, lifetime employment will soon end.
There was a remark of the top of an organization of which lots of companies are members, and therefore it is almost confirmed future.
But you still hope that the current lifetime employees will hang on.
I mean the new system with no lifetime employment may be only applied to newcomers.
It is OK you hope so, but you still need to prepare for the worst, or you will face devastating reality when you are fired with its end in lifetime employment.

天王星は理想を追いもとめ、理想のために犠牲や革命を辞さない、そういう星。

天王星は、理想のために自分にも周囲にも無理を強いがちで、それが不幸を呼ぶのだと思うけど、牡牛座にいるおかげで、現状の居心地のよい部分は維持した上で、理想を探るって傾向になりやすいんじゃないかなと思う。

官僚の政治家に対する忖度も、官僚の仕事に対する評価システムを抜本的に変えなければ、なくならんでしょう。
発覚した事案ごとに責任を追求したところで、何も変わらない。

あとは、大義のない革命。
理想の追求も革命も自分のお金のためにするのかよ、みたいなことに陥りがちかもしれない。
自分のお金のためにだけ動くやつには、お金しか残らない、と私は思いますが。
今やってることがずっと順調だったらいいけど、需要がなくなって、別の仕事をしようってなったときに。
お金だけ求めていた人の手元にはお金しか財産がない、みたいなね。

もしくは。
革命すべき時に保身に走り、運命が革命を強制執行する。
運命が執行する場合は、悲劇になりがちだと思うんだよね。
例えば、終身雇用が崩壊してなおも楽しくない今の仕事を我慢して続けていても、安定はもう得られない。
なのに「ひょっとしたら自分の代は逃げ切れるかも」などと思いながら、転職や独り立ちの準備もせず、今の仕事を続けていたら、ある日突然首を切られて、どうしようもなくなってしまう、とか。
