でもそんな転職で、あなたは満足するのだろうか？
そもそも転職を思いたったのは、よりあなたが好きなことを仕事にしたいとか、ただひたすら与えられた仕事を消化するだけの毎日と決別し、新しいことをしたかったからではないのだろうか？

単純にどちらかを選ぶのではなく、長期的に見た時に両方を満たす、第三の選択肢を見つけたい時。
例えば、転職で未経験の職種か、同業他社を選ぶか迷っているのであれば、新しいことができて、かつ今までの経験を生かせる仕事を自分で作ってしまう、とかね。
一朝一夕に作れるものではないから、そのヒントを得られそうな会社を選べばいいのかもしれない。
そうすると、短期的には妥協になるけど、長期的には理想に向かっているよね。
