Old rules, procedures, values are used up.
The last month (the end of Dec to today) you may have realized that.
I know it's fast and secure to use the old ones and you may have even tried to use them in the wrong places.
And you realized the old ones are not good enough.
We need something new and different.

So this month (from today to the end of Feb), we may be searching for new rules, procedures, and values.
It's time to throw away the old ones and grab new ones.

Tomorrow, the Sun enters Aquarius and immediately after that, forms a full moon.
And the full moon forms an angle with the Uranus in Aries.
Maybe a new idea of rules, procedures, or values is proposed tomorrow.
You may be worried that it will be difficult to adopt a new idea because people tend to dislike a new thing.
But people now realize that they need new ideas and I think a new idea will be readily accepted.

So you might feel that you should have proposed your new idea from the beginning to avoid the last month's struggles.
But because of the last month's struggles, people now understand they need a new idea.
And you could not persuade them to use your new idea without the struggles.
Timing and procedures are important here.

既存のルール、やり方、価値観。
１２末～１月は、そういうものに従ってきたと思うのだけど。
確立された、認知されたものが使えるのであれば、それが一番安全だし、早いからね。
けど、現実問題として、それでは間に合わない、足りないってことが発覚した１ヶ月だったかもしれない。
そもそも根本的に目的が違うものを騙し騙し流用していて無理がある、とかもありうる。

なので、今日から２末頃までは、新しいルール、やり方、価値観を模索していくことになる。
既存のものは潔く諦めて捨てて、次へ進むと吉。

明日、太陽が水瓶座に入った直後に満月。
さらにその満月は、牡羊座天王星とTスクエアを形成。
これからの1ヵ月間を象徴する配置なのかもしれない。
新しいルール、やり方、価値観の案が、さっそく提示されるのかもしれない。
新しいものを導入するっていうのは、周囲からの抵抗があるかなと思いがちだけど。
たぶん、もう既存のものでは立ちいかない、新しいものが必要だってみんなうすうすと感じているんだと思うんだよね。
なので、意外にも、みんなあっさり新しいあなたのアイデアを受け入れてくれるんじゃないかなと思う。

最初からこの新しいアイデアをやればよかったのに、とかじゃなくて。
既存の枠組みの中で様々な試行錯誤を重ねて、やっぱりダメだね、っていう認識をみんなで共有したからこそ、これから1ヶ月、スムーズに抵抗もなく新しいものが受け入れられるって話だからね。
