Maybe you stop for a while and think about what you can do for someone else, or which role in society you can play.
It may help you to motivate yourself.

The way you can motivate yourself more easily is to plan everything and learn the joy of tackling tasks according to the plan.
Let difficult tasks postponed, and tackle easy tasks first according to the plan.
It may help you to get the feeling of making progress and joy of it.
And then start on challenging tasks.
If you cannot stop having a lengthy break at each interval of tasks like watching YouTube forever, then plan the break as well.
Don't have an unplanned break.

So small improvements in daily life can significantly improve your whole life.

で、作業の習慣がついてから、難しい作業にとりかかる。
つい息抜きと称してYouTube動画を見てしまうのなら、無計画に作業のきりのいいところで息抜きをするのではなく、息抜きの時間も計画して、その計画通りにのみ息抜きする、とかもいいかもしれない。
