You may face an idea or a person which you cannot easily accept or which denies your beliefs and existence.
Maybe there is a newcomer who has just graduated from university and started working with you, and he/she actually works better than you.
Or maybe you face a technology doing your tasks you have been doing and have skills in.

It may be a shock because you have been doing well at work and think you can work as ever until you retire.
What I want to tell you is that you are better off than most people, because most people never notice if someone is better than you nor imagined their jobs might be robbed by AI or whatever technologies, until they are fired.
Or worse, even if they are fired, they don't look at the causes and continue the life without getting any insights from the experience.

The Sun is in Taurus so you may be searching for stability in your life.
They say the only way to obtain stability is to change constantly as the environment changes.
If the newcomer is better than you, then maybe it is time you should learn new things.
You may not be special with one skill, but if you learn a few skills and combine them, you may be the only one in the world.
If the technology is robbing you of a job, then try to be the one who can use the technology.

Some people say new technology robs old jobs from people but brings new jobs at the same time.
I don't agree with them.
The more technology is installed, the fewer jobs will be available.
I agree that new technology brings jobs, but the number of new jobs will be less than the number of jobs robbed.

Its solution is basic income in which you can get income without working.
But it won't be installed until we are cornered till our limits.
So I hope you will defeat others and get a job to stay alive until basic income is installed.
Unfortunately, you get a job means that another person loses one, and vice versa.

あなたを否定するような、新しいものや人に出会うのかもしれない。
例えば、入社したばかりの新卒のほうが、あなたより仕事ができたり。
例えば、新しいテクノロジーが導入されて、あなたの仕事がなくなったり。

今まで順調にやってきて、それが退職まで続くのだと信じていたところでの出会い。
ショッキングかもしれないけど。
新卒に負けてしまうかもしれない、とか、新しいテクノロジーがあなたの仕事を奪うかもしれない、という危機意識を持てるだけ、他を先んじているのかもしれない。
結構な人が、新卒が自分より優れているなどと気づかないし。
テレビで新しいテクノロジーを見ても、それが自分の仕事を奪うかもとか考えないし。
仕事がなくなってようやく現実に対面するかと思えば、自分の仕事を奪った要因を分析し次へ繋げるってことをしなかったりするしね。

太陽は牡牛座にいるので、安定を求めている人も多いと思う。
変化し続けることでしか安定はえられないというし。
新卒に負けそうなら、関連した新しいスキルを身につけることを考えてもいいのかもしれない。
１つのスキルではあなたは社員その１かもしれないけど、複数のスキルを身につけ行使できたら、唯一無二の社員になれるかもしれないし。
AIに仕事を奪われそうになったら、現場での仕事経験を売りにして、AIを導入する側に回るしかない。

新しいテクノロジーは新しい仕事を作るっていう人もいるけど。
奪った分だけの新しい仕事を作らないと思うんだよね。
テクノロジーを導入するたび、少しずつ市場から仕事は減っていく。

対策は、働かなくても収入がえられるベーシックインカムの導入しかないけど。
まあこれも、追い詰められないと導入はされんでしょうし。
それまで、限られた仕事を奪い合い、勝ちとることでしか生きながらえることはできない。
あなたが仕事にありついたということは、それすなわち、別の人が仕事を失うってことでしかないんだけどね。
