Tomorrow's Horoscope Apr 24th, 2019

The Sun is in Taurus, and the Moon is in Capricorn.
It's time we should try to enjoy whatever we do to get support from the stars.
It doesn't mean we don't have to do boring things.
Your life is supported by everyday chores, obeying your boss and rules, getting along with the people around you, etc.
And if you can enjoy such activities, then your life is only made up of enjoyment.

However, what you do tomorrow may be a bit hard for you to enjoy.
Maybe you are asked to do a simple task which has volume but doesn't require you to think, so may not be exciting for you.
Maybe you haven't been doing housework for a while, and tomorrow you need to finish off all the housework before you invite your friends to your house.

I think tackling those chores like housework will calm you down.
It makes you down to earth, and organize your thoughts and wants.
And what's most important about it gives you the feeling of controlling your life, and it stabilizes your mental.
If you are involved in love affairs with a married man and are not enjoying it, or trying to cheat people or bully somebody, etc., I think those chores especially housework may make you sane and help you to stop such activities.

They say some researches show that simple tasks lower the power to control yourself.
But I feel it is different from what I have experienced.
Maybe there are some differences in conditions for the researches to be right and for what I experience to be right.

ただ、明日やることに楽しみを見出すのはちょっと難しいのかもしれない。
仕事で上司に大量の単純作業を命じられてしまうのかもしれないし。
明日、奮起してたまった家事を片付けるのかもしれないし。

家事や単純作業は確かにつまらないけど。
思考を現実的にして、あなたの思考、やるべきことややりたいこと、を整理すると思うんだよね。
家事や単純作業をこなすと、自分の人生をコントロールしている実感が湧いて、精神を安定させると思うんだよね。
もしあなたが不倫、詐欺など不毛な活動に関わっているのであれば、家事や単純作業は、あなたを正気に戻してくれるのではないかなと思う。

メンタリストDaiGoさんなんかは、単純作業は自己コントロール能力を低下させるって研究成果があるって言ってるんだけど。
個人的な実感とはちょっと違う気はするんだよね。
研究成果と私の個人的な実感には、前提条件の相違があるのかもしれない。
